In May 2006, Zimbabwe Posts (Pvt) Limited (trading as Zimpost) has selected RiposteEssential™ to automate its post office counter network. Zimbabwe is the fourth African country to select the Riposte® family of products to support a full range of postal, retail, government and financial services.
By implementing RiposteEssential, Zimpost expects to significantly improve customer service and reduce administrative overheads and fraudulent activities associated with manual systems. In addition, RiposteEssential will help Zimpost produce timely and accurate management reports and provide a platform on which it can derive business intelligence for purposes of marketing, stock distribution, and improved resource utilization. Ultimately, the project will help Zimpost provide its customers with the best value and quality of service available.
