P & T Luxembourg chose WebRiposte Essential because it is proven within the postal industry and it met the organization's requirements for scalability, flexibility, and security. The postal authority was also looking for a solution that was based on industry standards in terms of platforms and communication protocols, and WebRiposte Essential emerged as the product of choice.
P & T Luxembourg is using WebRiposte Essential to automate all customer-related activities including mail and parcel deliveries, Giro account operations, bill payments, retail, and money orders.
